Yours Excellency. I am Catherine Ddembe, the FDC councilor of Mpigi districtand a close friend of Ssebina Ssekitoleko your NRM mobiliser for several years. Around
September 2012, I was requested by -y friend Sebina to meet the Inspector General of Police, Lt. General Kale Kayihura to discuss some urgent matters. I agreed to meet
General Kayihura in his office at Police Headquarters on Parliamentary Avenue,he asked me to do a mission for him and in return, I would be paid whatever I wanted.

He offered to give me a title for a house in Kampala and a scholarship abroad for further studies. He wanted me to visit my friend Michael Kabaziguruka, the Vice Chairman FDC Electoral Commission at Luzira Prison, where he was remanded on treason charges to convince him as well as Frederick Namara who was once your soldier in PGB and others that were facing similar charges to confess to having been rebels.

Dr. Kizza Besigye he said is a problem with his attempts to overthrow government. He wanted me to convince Kabaziguruka to give a written confession saying this. I got worried when he also asked me to say that the Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi, the Chief of Defense Forces General Nyakairima, General David Tinyefuza, and others were the funders and leaders of this rebel group. As asupporter of FDC, you know that I do not support the People's Redemption Army.If Kabaziguruka and the others agreed to cooperate, they would get their freedom and 200 million shillings each.

I was scared, but I still went to visit the prisoners. ln fact, I visited them many times but my conscience was not clear. I even went to Nakawa court when they were taken there. Ssebina drove me all the times and I felt I could not say no. My friend's reaction to my offer was of suspicion. They claimed that they had been framed regarding rebel activities, and were not willing to confess in case they ended up in jail forever. Then they told me some other FDC member had also approached them telling them that they were to be poisoned inprison. They told me to go talk to their lawyer Rwakafuzi. When I reported back to the IGP, he said he would talk to Rwakafuzi himself. I did not tell Kale of the poison threats on the prisoners.

A few days later, Kale called me and informed me that Rwakafuzi had refused the offer and said that his clients were innocent in the first place. Then Kale told me to continue engaging my friends at Luzira to convince them that they would find them another lawyer. He even offered to pay their legal fees and upon their release they would be paid 400 million shillings each. I went to talk with Kabaziguruka and Namara again but they refused saying they would die.Kabaziguruka refused saying that in his life he had never met with Mbabazi,Sejusa and Aronda and he can't help NRM sort out its internal fights.

As for Besigye, Kabaziguruka said that he will die first before implicating his President. When I reported back to Kale, he became angry and insisted that I must finish my mission since he had already arranged a meeting for me with you during your visit to his father's memorial service in Kisoro last October.After that I went back and met Kabaziguruka and Namara while they were appearing at Nakawa High Court but again they refused.

On Independence Day, Kale called me and informed me that he would skip the Independence celebrations at Kololo and that I should meet him in Muyenga Community Police Post. I wondered why the IGP would miss the Golden Jubilee celebrations and want to meet me. When I arrived, Kale accused me of not doing enough to convince my friends at Luzira to cooperate and yet this operation was blessed by you. He talked a lot about how this operation began Your Excellency,I beg to meet you and tell you more when it is us two.

He told me that the arrest of Kabaziguruka and friends was a set up. This is also what Kabaziguruka had been telling me when I visited him. But Kale said it was your Special Forces that planted those guns. Afande Brig. Muhoozi Kainerugaba had assigned his most trusted soldier, Captain Kashakamba to carry out the operation. I did not believe him and told him that I was scared and wanted to get out of these things.

I feared also now that I would be killed. Kale gave me 20 million shillings to continue with Kabaziguruka group until they agreed to the deal. 20 million was supposed to take care of their families and their welfare at Luzira. Kale told me that he had deployed police escorts to guard the Kabazigurukas on the way to and from Nakawa High Court and that this was a way of putting pressure on them to show them that they had no alternative but had to accept his offer.

While we were seated together, Kale received a phone call from someone he kept on calling as MK. He told him that he had received reports that the Besigye/Mbabazi, Aronda,Tinyefuza group was planning to ambush the prisons vehicle that was transporting the Kabaziguruka's to court and kill the suspects in order to stop them from talking' In addition to this, he reported to the same MK that the group had some rebel troops already in Kampala and were planning to attack Mbuya Miltary Barack Naguru Police Barracks and other isolated police stations in central Region. And then Kale told MK that he had requested for 127 billion shillings to sort this out and they were delaying' He also said on phone that the request was sent to Finance under"supplies" and they were delaying. He told the person on the otherside of the phone that they would put pressure on Finance through you since the rebels were becoming stronger.

When he got off the phone, Kale told me that since the Kisoro meeting with you did not happen' he wanted me to meet you at another time. He told me to tell you that my friends in Luzira had confessed in me that the leaders of their rebel group were NRM leaders in the army and in the party and that also Besigye had carried the other army generals to meet to the Kabaka at his palace in Banda where Kabaka had given his blessing. He also told me that since the inmates refused to confess, my story would be enough. I am a Muganda Your Excellency. I cannot speak about the Kabaka like that.

Your Excellence I decided then that i was going to go in hiding. This man was using your name and I did not feel safe. To know Kale is doing a bad thing, he said he would travel with Ingrid Turinawe our chairperson of FDC women’s League to Norway. From Norway he wanted to buy a confession from a man called Frank Atukunda who is a political refugee in Norway. But when I asked Ssebina why Norway, he told me, Kale was going to Rome for an International police conference. Ssebina told me that I should not talk' nobody knew he was going to Norway and everyone thinks he will be in Rome. Kale would fly to Thailand to meet you and hand over the confessions he gets in Norway himself.

After this, I got scared and decided to go hide in the village for some time.My conscience was not clear so I asked my relatives and some party members what to do. I was advised to run away from Ssebina and Kale because they are dangerous and powerful. Can you imagine Your Excellence, that Ssebina is so powerful that even Kayihura took him to address the police council? Also Ssebina moves with 5 guns in his car.

Your Excellency, I have written to you because I fear for my life. These people are using your name' I am also seeking audience to tell you more. The recent problems in Kampala must be the work of IGP Kayihura and Ssebina and their people to justify the existence of the rebel group' I say this because I have heard Ssebina boasting that these killings are being done by a unit in police headed by a man called Nixon.''

In Our Uganda Social Struggles, we have three type of People, the consumer of Information,the User of Information and the creator of Information.

Today, most Ugandans are consumers of information-they wake up and surf the web looking for what various news outlets have reported,etc. This group is very active at wanting to know... and making comments on various media, becomes almost an occupation. They tend to be living in a bubble of intelligentsia and stuck in the same time warp.

• They Wake up and find out what people have written and commented, then answer all the comments using  Tonto and Mandazi ideology.
• Facebook and Twitter platforms becomes their life-line of social networking,thus traditional human networking becomes tiresome, as they're suffering from computer Bytes exhaustion, and their Mantra becomes, " MWANA NkOYE" I want to chill!
• They know how to talk loud in local boozers and regardless of their Mandazi brains, they have and must win all the arguments.

The problem with this group, they're everywhere and come across to serious revolutionary as useful. But Wapi, Nebikwangala afazali Zero is better, because you know its Zero-just keep away from them- they're the best cowards,greedy, and gossiping too much is in their DNA. If you want to waste another 20 years waiting for something to happen...then join them.

The Way society reacts to information has changed very much,call it information fatigue,exhaustion, tiredness, languidness, languor, lassitude, and listlessness-people no longer enjoy reading long texts as they get confused...Uhh, that's how people are messed-up!

For that reason, I'll serialise this topic. Next week, I'll introduce the second(2nd) user of information. This type is very important to any revolutionary process, be it executing or countering the revolution.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh,No!!!! We'are Dead....

History teaches us that Short Revolutions have never empowered the people but a clique of individuals as we see in Uganda and Rwanda.

This project is a continuation from deconstructing Paul Kagame's narrative of a wonderful Rwanda, and what Rwanda is all about in the eyes of Banyarwanda children. I'll be mixing Kinyarwanda,English,French, and Swahili as are the main languages spoken in Rwanda.

The main idea behind this project is to try and find the reason behind Criminal Paul Kagame's , I know it and I'm right attitude. When an entire people become a prisoner and at the mercy of one little fuck, then you know that something somewhere has gone wrong.

We see foreign bourgeois mainly from USA &UK being paid huge sums of Rwanda Tax payers,savings and pensions to paint Criminal Paul Kagame with bright colours as the founder of Rwanda. Thus, Anglo-Saxon petty-bourgeois are made to believe that Rwanda came into existence after 1994. Basically, their ideological trend  is one that holds democratic and freedom prejudices against Banyarwanda, because they don't want to see them also in more or less petty-bourgeois conditions of life such as;Freedom of Speech,Liberty,Human rights,etc.

Today we continue to see the USA and UK bourgeois championing out-right plunder of Banyarwanda Democratic principles  by clipping the most autocratic lethal chains on their necks. However, facts are stubborn things, Paul Kagame will always be another little anal in the heart of a white man-meaning that, enjoy while it lasts.

This week I thought that, it would be a good idea to make a presentation of how politicians see and treat Banyarwanda children;

As you can observe from the presentation, Rwanda Politicians have no respect for the youth, as they're only useful during elections, but after they're nothing to them.

There's no single person in the history of the world that has killed and maimed thousands of children as Paul Kagame.

When he was in Yoweri Museveni's Army,Paul Kagame was responsible for killing all Kadogos(child soldier) that had been injured during the war. This skill or career, would become handy in Rwanda and Congo wars. Have you ever asked yourself, where all injured child soldiers-kadogos that fought Paul Kagame's wars went?? Now you know, Paul Kagame killed them.

In these series, I'll try and deconstruct Paul Kagame's Narrative that has been used to terrorise Banyarwanda and Congolese. This task was requested by the youth in Rwanda and members of RDF. However, my task won't be balanced if I let the opposition off the hook-maybe, they'll learn to do politics better.

These series will also deconstruct Rwanda opposition Groups/Parties that are taking Banyarwanda for fools-Banyarwanda deserve progressive politics and not extension of External DMI, disguised as Opposition political Parties.

Starting from August 2014, Congolese people will for the first time officially begin to remember the six million innocent people that Paul Kagame killed in cold blood. This is the right time for Congolese to officially remember their dead, just like its done in other countries-Remembering victims of genocide should not be a monopoly and exclusive to a few, but a human right for all.

The world should also support Congolese children to bring to justice those responsible for the heinous crime of Congo genocide.

This blog will lead that action for remembering Congolese victims of Genocide-unlike Criminal Paul Kagame, the Congolese people will not display their dead in public as a weapon of blackmail and soliciting donations, but we shall find a dignified way, to pay our respect as we believe that all the dead deserve a resting place and not a gallery.

No one will intimidate nor stop us from remembering our dead!!!

The remembrance will also include innocent Rwandan Hutus,Twas, and Tutsi that were murdered in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The lives of Congolese children that were murdered in cold blood by Killer Paul Kagame, should be remembered and never forgotten.

Criminal Paul Kagame has discovered a new insurance Scam. The scam involves putting certain properties on the insurance market and then you burn them to claim huge sums of money, usually paid in dollars. However, in a transparent market, the insurance investigators would spend a great time investigating the cause of the fires. But this is not the case in Paul Kagame's Yoyo land, as the investigators and the arsonists work for Paul Kagame. Its believed that,the new scam is a mastermind of Nigerian mafia.

The burning of Rwanda has not started today, but a well planned and calculated crime, by Paul Kagame's Insurance fraudsters. The insurance fraud is a trans-African scam that is very chronic in Equatorial Guinea and Nigeria.What the scammers do, they page(bet) an insurance hedge fund  on a property in Rwanda as a liability.

Thus, Most new buildings cropping up in Rwanda, are considered liabilities by international money market people- In short, they'll be set on fire in future to claim huge sums of money.

But  we should all agree that Rwanda’s financial system is shallow and so fragmented. Thus,Rwanda’s financial systems is made of two segments- retail banking and a few insurance companies- that have no capacity to finance an over-hyped growing economy. Also another point to make here, Rwanda is the only country in the world with  no weather insurance that farmers can tap-in.

This makes it difficult for farmers to access funding from financial institutions-a country with a hilly topography makes it more vulnerable to lightening and floods. This does not makes sense, not to have weather insurance-thus, in emerging economy Blocs such as the BRICS, Rwandan farmers will miss out due to the incompetence of its government.

Okay, the reason I'm stuck on weather insurance, is because many arson in Rwanda  have been blamed on lightening, but in some cases, there was no sign of rain as lightening has to have a source, rain.

What people should also understand, is the secret war within the Rwanda underground criminal syndicate-you see with underground crime, it has always been agreed  never do business in another criminal's  territory-this has resulted in many vandalism, and arson attacks on the business or property of the competition.

The Rwandan mafia has the darkest souls(Imitima yashitani) that they wouldn't give a damn if they burnt a hospital,church,mosque,a school,etc. in order to make money or humiliate someone.

If you can remember very well, they set fire on APARUDE, a private secondary school in Ruhango District and twice on buildings at Byimana School of Sciences in Ruhango District, Southern Province. Why? Because a certain mafia member had got into the education sector without Paul Kagame's permission.

However, this enabled the mafia to collect insurance dollars twice on the misfortune of school children.

Today, his wife has seen a gap in the market of fire extinguishers, and now the Mafia has instructed all Banyarwanda and residents of Rwanda to buy two fire extinguishers.

Some people might ask, how about the prisons, aka correctional facilities.

The answer is very simple-as in Rwanda there's nothing like a correction facility, but labor camps to provide slave labor to Paul Kagame's black markets like;construction,digging and growing coffee for Starbucks,cleaning,homosexual sex slaves for american and British tourists,etc.

When one member of the Mafia uses slave labor from Rubavu Correctional Services to construct  for himself a new panyas(short-cut) to transport more marijuana pollen(yes, Rwanda is  the big exporter of Marijuana pollen in the region), than the others-thus, taking more business. That's when the other Mafia boss will swear how he will kusyahura(do) whoever is taking away business and coming into his patch.

That's when the poor slave labor becomes a casualty of attacks to decapitate it and also send a warning to the competition, by burning down the facility that houses them. Because, the mafia boss Paul Kagame is the greediest, most selfish, Militaristic,Materialistic,Cruel with absolutely no grain of Patriotism towards Rwanda-Most hateful/spiteful to Banyarwanda as they die of preventable diseases while he loots their taxes and spends like he inherited Trillions.

In short, one can describe the cause of arson in Rwanda, to be due to competition wars between several RPF criminal families that are at war among themselves. Its very likely this could result into something bigger and very nasty.
