  • Uganda Minister strangled to Death in a Sex Game

    Virunga Mountains

The Uganda State has always used sex as a weapon for political manipulation, getting favors and bribery, blackmail and exploitation. The exploitation of sex as a potent tool, is not done by only men, but the entire political machinery of Yoweri Museveni's dictatorship. We see how its used to allocate jobs to a certain group of women, in spite of their incompetence in public service.

  • Yoweri Museveni's Priorities

    Virunga Mountains

    uganda,uganda art,yoweri museveni,museveni,uganda human rights,uganda freedom,free uganda,ugandans,uganda artists,uganda politics,uganda gays,gay rights in uganda

Every month Dictator Museveni announces a new priority for his bottle-necked regime. However, the public priority bottle has never reached the neck as regime pigs have to be fed first.

    uganda,uganda art,yoweri museveni,museveni,uganda human rights,uganda freedom,free uganda,ugandans,uganda artists,uganda politics,uganda gays,gay rights in uganda

Its only in Uganda where teachers, nurses, doctors and the youth are not considered a priority.

    yoweri museveni,president Museveni,Yoweri Kaguta Museveni,Dictator Museveni,Kaguta Museveni

Instead of waiting for Dictator Museveni's bottleneck fantasy, it should be our priority to send him packing.

    yoweri museveni,president Museveni,Yoweri Kaguta Museveni,Dictator Museveni,Kaguta Museveni

The Uganda political landscape is built on hereditary ideology-that's why Uganda still has politicians that started running the country in the 1960's, still around and feeding Uganda with the same bullshit.

    uganda,uganda art,yoweri museveni,museveni,uganda human rights,uganda freedom,free uganda,ugandans,uganda artists,uganda politics,uganda gays,gay rights in uganda

The development of Uganda has gone 50 years back and the entire country is in a very sorry state, that it will need another 50 years to fix it. This should not be blamed on the leadership alone, but the elite class- because of their greed and selfishness, they've nurtured one of the most lethal and brutal regime ever walked the face of Africa.

    uganda,uganda art,yoweri museveni,museveni,uganda human rights,uganda freedom,free uganda,ugandans,uganda artists,uganda politics,uganda gays,gay rights in uganda

That's why Dictator Museveni has been able to exploit that weakness of Ugandans and he can even brag as if he owns Uganda.

    uganda,uganda art,yoweri museveni,museveni,uganda human rights,uganda freedom,free uganda,ugandans,uganda artists,uganda politics,uganda gays,gay rights in uganda

The Dictator has the nerve to boast that:

"Ugandans on the other hand are lazy by nature. They have an abundance of resources here to start from and numerous examples to borrow a leaf from but they haven't moved, May be they need some special spectacles to help them see where wealth is. If it’s about mathematics, Ugandans have perfectly mastered the subtraction and division signs while our friends here from the outside countries have mastered the addition and multiplication ones. This has become an epidemic now. Some people work hard and put together a lot of wealth, but they bring forth stupid children who come and squander all the hard-earned wealth"

  • Yoweri Museveni's List of Thieves

    Virunga Mountains

    yoweri museveni,president Museveni,Yoweri Kaguta Museveni,Dictator Museveni,Kaguta Museveni

Today 90% of  Uganda institutions are either broken and rotten due to chronic mismanagement or are run by an extended or family member of Criminal Yoweri Museveni. Thus, the regime of Criminal Yoweri Museveni will not only be remembered for killing and embezzlement, but also for mercilessly destroying Uganda institutions.

What is sickening and pathetic, is the way Uganda elite class has shamelessly participated in destroying the Uganda social fabric-wanting free things and stealing from other people, has become the mainstream national culture of Uganda. Thus, every fund in the public purse regardless of saving lives-preventing disease so Ugandans can grow up to lead productive lives, is there for the taking by the elite and their accomplices.

    yoweri museveni,president Museveni,Yoweri Kaguta Museveni,Dictator Museveni,Kaguta Museveni

The most worrying thing is the notion that has been embedded in the elite class, that Uganda is gifted by nature. Maybe gifted by natural mismanagement, corruption, copying, war mongering, idle talk, etc.
Thus, Uganda being gifted by nature does not mean that wanainchi have an equal share in it, nor is the so called nature going to be there in the next ten years and in the hands of Ugandans. What we seem to have in the Uganda thieving League, are the same faces since; Obote(1),Amin, UNLF,Obote(2),Museveni(1),Museveni(2),Museveni(3),Museveni(4)…

    yoweri museveni,president Museveni,Yoweri Kaguta Museveni,Dictator Museveni,Kaguta Museveni

While the Asians and other races are eating the best organic foods from Uganda, Ugandans are becoming the fastest consumers of organically modified products in the world. All Uganda forests and swamps are now owned by a few individuals-80% of fertile land is owned by 7% and their foreign surrogates.
The population has been militarised not to defend their country, but a criminal ideology of Dictator Yoweri Museveni.
However, in most cases-the very militarised population is so ignorant to even understand that, they’re instead guarding their own property that has been stolen from them,by Criminal Yoweri Museveni. Thus, the best commandos that Uganda has ever trained, are now guarding the Uganda oil fields that have already been stolen under their noses, and sold to foreigners. Banauganda bba Fala nyoooooooooo!

    yoweri museveni,president Museveni,Yoweri Kaguta Museveni,Dictator Museveni,Kaguta Museveni

The criminal league of Uganda thieves is getting bigger and better at concealing its trucks-they’ve learnt how to make transfers of different thieves to various juicy organisations.

We found that the thieves have infiltrated all organisations that have an endless pot of money such as, institutions for higher learning, Religious, medical(Hospitals,Clinics, etc)establishments, the old ministry, etc. Of course, the criminal league would not survive without functioning patronage networks that have been created by Criminal Museveni and Criminal Amama Mbabazi and their respective parasitic families and friends.

    yoweri museveni,president Museveni,Yoweri Kaguta Museveni,Dictator Museveni,Kaguta Museveni

The criminal ring in Uganda has many faces-the thieves that have milked your country should be exposed regardless of their titles, academic knowledge, relationship, etc. as a thief is a thief and nothing less.

What is so sad, is the manner these criminals are celebrated as contributors towards social-economic transformation and attainment of the United Nations Millennium Development Goals in Uganda. Nonsense!!

As if Uganda didn’t exist and our people were living in caves and trees before the so called United Nations Millennium Development Goal in Uganda was planted as a tool to mug our people.

This new face of Uganda criminals tend to be holders of academic titles(Bba twasoma),well connected, members of an established civil organisation like a political party, commission, civil society, committee, etc. They all tend to have three common characteristic;Parasitic, arrogance and self-importance. bepanka nyo atte balina amazaluo!

    yoweri museveni,president Museveni,Yoweri Kaguta Museveni,Dictator Museveni,Kaguta Museveni

But as many of you are very aware, Uganda also has another class of hardcore thieves like;Yoweri Museveni,Amama Mbabazi,Moses Ali, Salim Saleh,Kahinda Otafire,Mike Mukula,Jim Muwhezi,Hajji Nasser Ntege Sebaggala aka ‘Sseya’,Gen. David Sejusa a.k.a Tinyefuza, etc. this list will be published soon as we need to first show you another criminal face that has been hiding among you for a very long-time.

  • Uganda elections: All Candidates are Opportunistic

    Virunga Mountains

The Uganda 2011 elections are more of legalising a war criminal by the ugandan opportunistic elites(the genocidal is being endorsed through the ballot) than regime change, and seeking justice for the crimes that have been committed by the incumbent. In fact, when you look at who is who, contesting for the presidency, they're more like flies fighting for shit-its all about who gets something from the shit, they all stink. Shamelessly, some candidates are even prepared to forgive the war criminal for the genocide that has left almost six million Africans dead in Uganda, Congo-RDC,Sudan, Rwanda, Somalia, Central African republic, etc.

The so called main challenger of genocidal Yoweri Museveni(Kizza Besigye) is a replica of the genocidal, he has nothing new to offer Ugandans but the same..same, crap of corruption, militarism, run down services, rot n' decay, violence, nepotism, etc.

None of the candidates[all] has a social program for Ugandans, but loads of tosh theory that is not even applicable to the dynamics of present-day Uganda, in fact, their main sponsorship are right wing capitalists that hate the poor and the oppressed-you know the lot that put bankers before society. To be Continued....

  • Why Kizza Besigye was Clobbered!

    Virunga Mountains

Do you ever wonder why a man that hallucinates he’s the best thing for Ugandans to invest in their future, would be beaten-up by the youth in day light like a chicken thief? Of course not because the mainstream media has not told you the truth because they’re part and parcel of that machine that wants Ugandans to remain under the thumb of Monarchists and their developmental visions don’t see beyond East-Africa. In fact they’ve managed to convince you that the Kabaka is doing you a favour by letting you live in Uganda because Buganda owns Uganda and therefore you should worship him!

Much has been said by Besigye’s sycophants and publicists about the Kiboko squad(stick-wielding youth), but the true story remains that Ugandans were protesting by clobbering Museveni’s mole in Project Fagiya Uganda(Clean Uganda Dry) Kabisa.

What did Besigye expect from wanainchi(populace), when they were being insulted by the Bloody Hero’s Medal Honoring , then comes fat lips to add more insult to injury-that his wife and their lot have already put on Ugandans. Its the norm for FDC hooligans hiding behind the banner of political demonstrations to usually go on a frenzy of; raping, vandalism ,targeting Ugandans with long noses and forcing them to sing Mengo tribal songs.

This time Kizza Besigye thought that he would use the cover of Inter-Party Cooperation (IPC) demonstration to demand for the dismissal of the electoral commission of whose work in the recent Mukono North by-elections was largely considered by his team to be authentic, thus the electoral commission was good!

What is so Fake about the entire project is its architecture; Museveni’s girlfriend(winnie Byanyima), fat-girl & Spy(Anna Mugisha), Opportunistic Olara Ottunu, Gay Activists, etc.

Inter-Party Cooperation (IPC) is Besigye and FDC is guiding  visionless politicians from other parties to endorse  a clique of NRM rejects as the future of Uganda.

In fact the entire project gashes-out undemocratic tendencies – FDC’s  dictatorial mind is always recycled and peddled as IPC collective mind, Norbert Mao’s proposals and freedom of speech is always dismissed as hypocritical,No referendum was held to ask Ugandans if  IPC is what they want, etc.

Ugandan elite are like maggots fighting  for a rotten dog, they hate the new and future-that’s why we still have the Mutesa’s, Obote’s and Amin’s men still clinging on Ugandans as if we owe them a living. Bastards!!

With this sort of expired brains, Uganda can never develop because the generation of 5 decade ago will never bring anything new on the table nor work towards a united Uganda but pockets of privileged tribes men, because they lack modern social skills-that can be used to see beyond their tribe and transform society-thus, they’re holding Ugandans at ransom so we can worship them like in the 19th century-GO FUCK YOURSELVES!

Do you expect the civil servants to do their jobs diligently when the elite is constantly singing in tribalism tones that they want their land back,go back where you came from, our tribe is superior, etc. Of course not but  demoralised worker would do anything desperate like substandard work, deep their hands in the till(Corruption), torch buildings/schools, etc. because they have to work for a living to feed their dependants.

Thus you end up with a workforce that is not fulfilling positive objectives but false obligations that are completely meaningless and represent no value to the customers-the people of Uganda.

    • Demoralised workers produce rubbish goods and services.
    • Demoralised workers cease to add value.
    • Demoralised workers are unpatriotic.
    • Demoralised workers love to gossip about foreign football and who has a new car,etc
    • The demoralisation hits the economy so hard, that the bosses start stealing from other bosses.

Like a classic tribal goon, Besigye thought he would come ..swagging his fat lips with IPC lipstick, …claiming that he was a victim of Museveni’s injustice, while his wife was giving museveni a blow job for a medal that is stained with the blood of Ugandans!!!

If yesterday the IPC gave you victory in Mbale and Mukono by-elections, then how comes you haven’t rejected the results??

    Ugandans wake Up!!!!

  • Uganda Gays:Uganda Anti Gay Bill

    Virunga Mountains

    Yoweri museveni

Tyrant Museveni has officially joined the anti-gay crusade, saying he had received reports suggesting that “European homosexuals” had launched a recruitment drive in Africa.
Expressing his homophobic tendencies, Tyrant Museveni said the youth must stand firm and abhor the divergent sexual orientation.

“I hear European homosexuals are recruiting in Africa,” said the Tyrant on Saturday, to an audience of mainly youth at the Kampala Serena Hotel that homosexuality is not natural.

“We used to have very few homosexuals traditionally. They were not persecuted but were not encouraged either because it was clear that is not how God arranged things to be.”

“You should discourage your colleagues [involved in homosexuality] because God was not foolish to do the way he arranged,” said the Tyrant, adding, “Mr and Mrs, but now you have to say Mr and Mr? What is that now?”

The tyrant a fool as always, can’t explain why “God” created animals or plants that has both male and female reproductive organs, hermaphrodite. Why isn’t this possible with genes or blood, i.e.sickle cell disease-caused by a genetic disease that affects the haemoglobin molecules in red blood cells?

As a straight person, I feel its our duty to educate the public that homosexuality is not a choice but a disability that we as a society need to understand and sympathise with rather than persecute them.
How many times have you heard, people persecuting epileptic people of which Mrs Janet Museveni suffers from? Never!!

Homophobic tendencies are the same as that of racism. Period!!
We shall stand-by our Lesbians, Gays and Trans-genders community 100%, during these dark-times!!!!

    Protesters target Uganda anti-gay law

Demonstrators targeted Uganda’s UN mission in New York on Thursday to protest a proposed law that would punish homosexuality with life in prison in the eastern African country.

About 40 people picketed the UN mission at Uganda House in Manhattan, chanting: “Gay rights are human rights. Dismiss the law now!”

Uganda has come under international criticism for the draft law that would punish “touch(ing) another person with the intention of committing the act of homosexuality” with life behind bars, according to the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission, which organized the protest.

The law would impose the death penalty for “aggravated homosexuality,” including by those who are HIV positive.

“It’s unimaginable. You’re talking about the death penalty and prison for an entire class of human beings,” said protestor Brendan Fay, 50, a filmmaker.

“It’s incredible that in 2009 a nation’s parliament is considering this,” he added.

Mark de Solla Price, 49, came to the demonstration with his male partner Vinny Allegrini and said Uganda was “on the wrong side.”

He waved a placard that read “love should be legal everywhere” on one side and “shame on Uganda” on the other.

France and the United States have condemned the bill.

One of the bill’s supporters, Ugandan lawmaker David Bahati, responded earlier this month by saying that “homosexuality is not a human right”.

“The fact that the moral fabric of America and Europe has been put under siege by the supporters of this creeping evil of homosexuality should not suggest that we follow suit.”

The writter of this article is actually a bigger intellectual tyrant, for if u didnt know this is a private members bill and the procedure is that you castigate Museveni after he has assented to the bill and if you want us to support your position, kindly just convince us other than abusing our President and have you asked yourself why non-Ugandans are crying more than the bereaved to us its no big deal and the churches are at the forefront in support of this.

    • Kele

Rose Namayanja, you are the greatest ass kisser of dictator Museveni. You have betrayed the people of Nakaseke just because you share in the stealing of Uganda’s national assets. The NRM is a corrupt cabal just looting the country clean and you are part of that. Shame on you and I hope one day you go down in flames!

World AIDS Day is observed on December 1 every year, dedicated to raising awareness of the AIDS pandemic caused by HIV infection.

Sexual Minorities Uganda (SMUG), calls for greater response to combat HIV/AIDS. And as part of the National AIDS Strategy urges for, a national strategy on HIV/AIDS that drives a more coordinated, non-discriminatory and effective response to the epidemic.

The theme for this year’s celebrations is Universe Access and Human Rights
with a sub theme: Working together against HIV stigma and discrimination.

It is a cross cutting phenomenon all over the world that HIV related stigma and discrimination is a problem that needs to be addressed in ensuring the achievement of Universal Access by 2010, and extenuating the impact of AIDS by 2015. LGBT people living with HIV/AIDS have been victims of human rights violations based on their sexual orientation which is a battle yet to be totally conquered by Civil Society Organizations.

A world survey of criminalization laws in 2009 found that 80 nations (including 10 of the PEPFAR focus countries – US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief) have laws criminalizing same sex acts between consenting adults. In countries like Uganda where homosexual relations are criminalized, HIV-related prevention services, treatment and care are difficult to provide because homosexuality is underground. Countries with non-discriminatory laws for sexual orientation have shown to provide better access to HIV treatment, care and services prevention .

Legislations like the Anti-Homosexuality bill 2009, currently before the parliament of Uganda, targeting sexual minorities have been identified as obstacles to effectively addressing HIV in Uganda. A 2009 joint report by the Uganda AIDS Commission – UAC and UNAIDS specifically called for a review of legal impediments to the inclusion of most-at-risk-populations – including MSM – in the national AIDS response. But whereas UAC seems to be moving towards this progress, discriminatory legislations may hinder this achievement.

If HIV prevalence and infection prevalence rates and mean age are higher among women in Uganda, Women who have Sex with Women (WSW) must be part of Uganda’s HIV/AIDS interventions.

SMUG therefore urges government and HIV/AIDS service providers to:

      * Include men who have sex with men – MSM and women who have sex with
women – WSW in the Uganda national AIDS strategic plans.

      * Designate a human rights bureau position to monitor LGBT concerns

      * Repeal/reform laws that criminalize homosexuality

      * Improve human rights reporting on violence and discrimination targeting
      LGBT communities.

SMUG is a coalition of LGBT organizations that envisions a liberated LGBT community free from discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity/ expression.

    • Dear Fellow Pastors in Uganda,

I greet you in the name and love of Jesus Christ as I send this encyclical video (http://www.youtube.com/saddlebackchurch) to the Pastors of the Churches of Uganda with greetings from your fellow Pastors around the world. May grace and peace be with you this Christmas season!

We are all familiar with Edmund Burke’s insight, “All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.” That is why I’m sharing my heart with you today. As an American Pastor, it is not my role to interfere with the politics of other nations, but it is my role to speak out on moral issues. It is my role to shepherd other Pastors who look to me for guidance, and it is my role to correct lies, errors and false reports when others associate my name with a law that I had nothing to do with, completely oppose and vigorously condemn. I am referring to the pending law under consideration by the Ugandan Parliament, known as the Anti-Homosexuality Bill.

As a Pastor, I’ve found the most effective way to build consensus for social change is usually through direct quiet diplomacy and behind-the-scenes dialogue, rather than through media. But because I didn’t rush to make a public statement, some erroneously concluded that I supported this terrible bill, and some even claimed I was a sponsor of the bill. You in Uganda know that is untrue.

I am releasing this video to you and your congregations to correct these untruths and to urge you to make a positive difference at this critical point in your nation.

While we can never deny or water down what God’s Word clearly teaches about sexuality, at the same time the church must stand to protect the dignity of all individuals – as Jesus did and commanded all of us to do.

Let me be clear that God’s Word states that all sex outside of marriage is not what God intends. Jesus reaffirmed what Moses wrote that marriage is intended to be between one man and one woman committed to each other for life. Jesus also taught us that the greatest commandment is to love our neighbors as ourselves. Since God created all, and Jesus suffered and died for all, then we are to treat all with respect. The Great Commandment has been the centerpiece of my life and Ministry for over 35 years.

Of course, there are thousands of evil laws enacted around the world and I cannot speak to Pastors about every one of them, but I am taking the extraordinary step of speaking to you – the Pastors of Uganda and spiritual leaders of your nation – for five reasons:

First, the potential law is unjust, extreme and un-Christian toward homosexuals, requiring the death penalty in some cases. If I am reading the proposed bill correctly, this law would also imprison anyone convicted of homosexual practice.

Second, the law would force pastors to report their Pastoral conversations with homosexuals to authorities.

Third, it would have a chilling effect on your Ministry to the hurting. As you know, in Africa, it is the churches that are bearing the primary burden of providing care for people infected with HIV/AIDS. If this bill is passed, homosexuals who are HIV positive will be reluctant to seek or receive care, comfort and compassion from our churches out of fear of being reported. You and I know that the churches of Uganda are the truly caring communities where people receive hope and help, not condemnation.

Fourth, all life, no matter how humble or broken, whether unborn or dying, is precious to God. My wife, Kay, and I have devoted our lives and our Ministry to saving the lives of people, including homosexuals, who are HIV positive. It would be inconsistent to save some lives and wish death on others. We’re not just pro-life. We are whole life.

Finally, the freedom to make moral choices and our right to free expression are gifts endowed by God. Uganda is a democratic country with remarkable and wise people, and in a democracy everyone has a right to speak up. For these reasons, I urge you, the Pastors of Uganda, to speak out against the proposed law.

My role, and the role of the PEACE Plan, whether in Uganda or any other country, is always pastoral, not political. I vigorously oppose anything that hinders the goals of the PEACE Plan: Promoting reconciliation, equipping ethical leaders, assisting the poor, caring for the sick, and educating the next generation, which includes the protection of children.

Please know that you and the people of Uganda are in my constant prayers. This Christmas season I pray you will experience the three purposes of Christmas as announced by the angel at the birth of Christ. First, the angel said, “I bring you good news of great joy.” Christmas is a time of celebration – Jesus is the Good News for the whole world. God came to earth to be with us! Next, the angel said, “For unto us is born this day a Savior, who is Christ the Lord!” Christmas is a time for salvation. If we didn’t need a Savior, God would not have sent one. Finally, the angel said, “Peace on earth, good will toward men.” Christmas is a time for reconciliation. The message of Christmas is good cheer, good news and good will for the whole world.

It is my prayer that the churches and people of Uganda will experience all three of these this season. May God bless you; and may God bless the nation of Uganda.

      Dr. Rick Warren

    Dear Pastor Rick Warren,

Christmas greetings from the Pastors here in Uganda. We acknowledge receipt of your letter in which you called on us to “speak out” against the proposed “Anti-homosexuality bill 2009” which is currently in the process of being developed in our parliament. This bill has been greatly misrepresented by some homosexualists causing hysteria and we take this opportunity to give you the background, educate you on the major aspects of the law as well as respond to the concerns you raised.

Indeed the headlines that say Ugandan law to kill gays, is deliberately misleading. It should really say, Uganda law proposes capital sentence for Men with HIV who rape boys and infect them with HIV/AIDS just as it is for heterosexuals who rape girls. You see, we have many troubling concerns, such as a crisis of people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWA) who rape and infect young children with IV/AIDS in a grotesque demonic belief of a “virgin sex cure” as prescribed by satanic witchdoctors. We are harrassed by a massive invasion of rich Europeans and Americans groups who are scorning our traditional African view of marriage and family, bullying and threatening to cut off “aid” if we dont legalise the sins of Sodom and Gommorrah! We are troubled by some members western media which is obsessed with homosexuality.

Indeed, we are troubled that Christianity in the global North has fallen so much from Gods word that homosexuals and lesbians are being ordained into Bishops as evidenced by the election of Mary Glasspool in your state of California last week! We want to make sure that Africa purposefully avoids the mistakes of the Global North Church and we hope to learn more from our encyclical pastoral dialogue.

Africa101: Homosexuality is illegal, unnatural, ungodly and un-African: In Uganda as most of the global South, homosexuality is an “evil and repugnant sexual act” which simultaneously breaks four established laws.

    First, the law of nature, which states that males mate with females;

    Second the law of our land as already stated in our Penal Code and constitution;

    Thirdly, the law of our faiths as in the Holy Bible for Christians and the Holy Quran for our Moslem friends;

Fourthly, the law of our African tribal cultures which have been handed down to us by our fathers from thousands of years of civilized traditions.

While we may have differences of opinions on many issues as in many democratic societies, this is one issue we all agree on.

A recent steadman survey demonstrated this that 95% of Ugandans are opposed to homosexuality. Just so you know, the current law on homosexuality (in Uganda Penal Code 145) punishes all forms of “unnatural” sexual activity as an offense liable with up to life in prison. Similarly attempts to commit the same offenses is a felony liable to seven years imprisonment. This law was established by act on Sunday 15th June 1950!

    Our Historical Struggle:

When you came to Uganda on Thursday, 27 March 2008, and expressed support to the Church of Uganda’s boycott of the pro-homosexual church of England, you stated; “The Church of England is wrong, and I support the Church of Uganda”.

You are further remembered to say, “homosexuality is not a natural way of life and thus (its) not a human right. We shall not tolerate this apect at all”. (Gay Row-US Pastor supports country on boycott)

You were indeed affirming Uganda’s Christian’s long historical struggle against institutionalized homosexuality. This boycott was not the beginning of the struggle. In fact on June 3rd 1886, 26 Ugandas new converts to Christianity were martyred for their stand against a deviant king who had taken to the practice of sodomy. There faith in Christ emboldened them to stand against homosexuality, resisiting to the “point of shedding blood”.

Today we honor them, and June 3rd is a national holiday where millions of Ugandan believers converge to remember and renew their strength.(When faith, state and state inspired homosexuality clash).

As you yourself have said, “..the Bible says evil has to be opposed. Evil has to be stopped. The Bible does not say negotiate with evil. It says stop it. Stop evil.”(12/2007)

Since homosexuality is evil, you cannot possibly be against a law that seeks to stop it unless if you have misunderstood it.

    What is the law about?

Last November 18th 2008, France and Netherlands initiated a law which seeks to use UN to push homosexuality on other nations all over the world. This moral imperialism which ntends to use the coercive powers of European Union and the UN to impose sodomy legalization in our nations is a driving factor in Uganda’s legislators effort to draft a law to protect our nations moral sovereignty. That explains clauses 18 and 19.

Secondly we are dealing with a well funded homosexual nations and foundations which are pouring millions of dollars into Africa with a singular effort of pushing homosexuality and abortion down our throats. These evil men are seducing young boys and girls into sexual acts as to expand their evil empire. “Homosexual admits recruiting students”. While we have a law that currently prohibits acts against nature, we don’t have a law against the promoters of these acts. The draft laws seeks to stop this criminal activity as section 13.

Thirdly the law seeks to provide equal protection for the boy child as currently granted the girl child from pedophiles, some who are deliberately raping young virgin boys and girls with a false belief that it will heal them of HIV/AIDS! Since 1997, Section 123 of the Penal Code only provides protection against defilement (sexual abuse) of girls under 18 years of age.

Section 123(1) states that: – ” Any person who unlawfully has sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of eighteen years is guilty of an offence and is liable to suffer death.” Sub-section 2 of Section 123 of the Penal Code provides for attempts to defile a girl under the age of eighteen years. It states that: “Any person who attempts to have unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of eighteen years is guilty of an offence and is liable to imprisonment for eighteen years with or without corporal punishment”. This has and continues to be the current law which no one has complained that it is unchristian or a human right violation. Many boys have been violated without legal protection leaving their evil oppressors to get away with no law enforcement protection. The current draft law, simply aims at providing equal protection of the boy child, as currently existing for the girl child. This is found in section 3 and 4 of the bill.

The question for you is this, does the sexual rape of a boy constitute a lesser crime than the rape of a girl? Indeed it is this issue of aggravated homosexuality which is equal to “statutory rape” of a minor, handicapped child and infecting her with HIV/AIDS which is punishable by death.

Many people, including you may have failed to understand section 3 of aggravated defilement. This is really pedophilia. The key is in understanding the difference between the victim and the offender which I am sure is a different language for many. This section deals
with offenses to two kinds of vulnerable populations-children below 18 or those who are handicapped! Those who are offenders or Pedophiles can be a person with HIV/AIDS, someone ie a teacher or priest who abuses their authority, etc.

In addition it should be noted that there are people who are living with HIV/AIDS who seek to have sex with young children both boys and girls in the misguided hope that it will cure them of HIV/AIDS. This is a problem driving the sexual abuse of children under 18 and spiraling HIV/AIDS infections both in girls and boys! A recent report shows this.

Uganda: Child Abuse rampant. This tragedy is happening all over Eastern and Southern Africa. There is evidence of rising rape and defilement of boys and girls which is driving HIV/AIDS rates up. This Bill is taking a lead in providing both the boy and girl child with equal protection of capital punishment.

Finally a lot of the sexual violence of children takes place in institutions such as boarding schools. Research by ACFODE, “The situational review of rape, sexual harassment and defilement 2005 in three districts found unusually high levels of coercive heterosexual/homosexual rape and harassment especially in single sex schools. Unfortunately the school officials and prison officers, maintain a conspiracy of silence, ignoring the pleas of the children and victims who report these crimes to them. They reputation of their school business or prison above the welfare of the children and adults in their custody. This is the spirit behind the section 14, of mandatory reporting of the offenses within 24 hours.

This reporting is similar to the mandatory reporting of all “unlawful sexual intercourse” in the state of California Penal Code 11165 which includes, 1-rape(261), incest(285), sodomy (286), child molestation(647.6), statutory rape (261.5).

Pastor Rick you must be aware that California Penal Code 11166;11165.7 requires that Teachers, Social workers, District attorneys, Doctors, Psychologists, marriage and family counselors, clergy members and state or county public health employees are required by law to report “unlawful sexual intercourse” as defined by the state of California. You have never complained about this law hindering access to health, legal or spiritual services which you and Kay offer. Why don’t you think that we too in Africa have the right to make laws pertinent to restrict what our nations deems as “unlawful sexual intercourse”?

What has been our recommendation to the law?

At a special sitting of the Uganda Joint Christian Council taskforce sat and reviewed the bill to make comments. We resolved to support the bill with some amendments which included the following.

    a. We suggested a less harsher sentence of 20 years instead of the death penalty for pedophilia or aggravated homosexuality.
    b. We suggested the inclusion of counseling and rehabilitation being offered to offenders and victims. The churches are willing to provide the necessary help for those who are willing to undergo counseling and rehabilitation.

Again on Friday 11th December, more than 200 of Uganda’s top religious leaders met and supported the legislators and governments effort in strengthening the law against homosexuality. Church leaders back government on anti-gay bill. The issue is we all want a law, it is simply details of how much punishment will be meted out.

    Warning of a widening shift.

We note with sadness the increasing levels of accepting of the evil of homosexuality. The ordination of Mary Glasspool a Lesbian as a bishop in Los Angeles without any condemnation from you, has increased the widening gap between the global south church in Africa and the global north church in Europe and America. In these increasingly dark days, we encourage you not to give into the temptation to water down what the bible says so as not to offend people. Jesus’s gospel is a stumbling block, and a rock of offense.

Rick you are our friend, we have bought many of your books and have been blessed by them. Do not let the pressure of bloggers and popular media intimidate you into becoming a negotiator for homosexual pedophilia rights in Africa.

As you yourself say about evil, – “the Bible says evil has to be opposed. Evil has to be stopped. The Bible does not say negotiate with evil. It says stop it. Stop evil.” (RW-12/2007) Since the bible says that the giant of homosexuality is an “abomination” or a great evil, you cannot achieve the peace plan without a purpose-driven confrontation with evil.
